Simple gluten-free snack bar for this Summer when you need a change
We are no stranger to snack time here in the Harris household. I’m always looking for easier ways to incorporate more gluten-free eating options, especially during the warmer months. Plus the Summer means overindulging without realizing it. Gluten-free snacks have been my focus since being on my wellness journey. My dad is allergic to gluten so he has shown me great alternatives to use during family events. Which I also have shared these with my family so we can all enjoy a better lifestyle. With school letting out in a month Summer snack time will become so real. I wanted to create a family-friendly simple gluten-free snack bar with GOOD THiNS we can all join in this Summer.
Gluten-Free GOOD THiNS
GOOD THiNS is a gluten-free tasty snack. Since trying them they have been my go to. You can add cheese, fruit, avocado and even different meats to them; or just enjoy them plain since they are that good. There are four different types that are currently out and they are so delicious. It’s also become such a go-to snack in our household right now with my husband and son. Even the kiddos would love these. Plus, GOOD THiNS are a healthier option and I don’t feel guilty eating these when I’m snacking with my five-year-old. They are made with no artificial colors, flavors, or high fructose corn syrup. They are available in four different flavors:
- GOOD THiNS Three Cheese
- GOOD THiNS The Corn One – Sea Salt
- GOOD THiNS Veggie Blend
- GOOD THiNS The Rice One – Simply Salt
A lot of the GOOD THiNS products (including the new delicious Three Cheese flavor) are available through Walmart Online Grocery Pick Up. The Three Cheese Flavor is only available at select locations. Since moving closer to New Hampshire we have access to a Super Walmart and their online grocery pick up. It’s been a life changer! This is such a great option when you are in a rush, have little ones who fall asleep in the car and more. I’m such a Millennial so shopping online and even picking up in store makes my life easier. Plus it helps me from not spending more money than I need to. These tasty snacks are an easy addition to your weekly shopping list.
