You can pick from Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Vitality and Radiance. Essential OIls are a great way to relax and wind down. Plus it’s great to use especially if you are suffering from pain, improved blood circulation, lower blood pressure and even help you emotionally.

When receiving the the massage the aromatherapy is also applied to hot towels so when you face down you can feel and smell the essential oils which creates a relaxing feeling and keeps this ora around you for the remainder of the massage. Massages aren’t just a great way to relax but also can help your body for the better. After my massage I was informed my shoulders were so tense; so opening my lower back will help my shoulders. This is something I never realized.

Self-Care is so important. For Mother’s Day go and treat yourself with a massage  or gift one for that mama in your life. I received my first massage right after my son was first born. My husband got me a gift card to a local spa and it was amazing. Go to your nearest location to start.
