My husband and I finally dived into the world of Keto and meal planning. I’ve had trouble losing weight since A was born due to having PCOS. I will admit I haven’t chosen the best meal choices at times especially when having A around. Since the start of the New Year I’ve adjusted in wanting to eat more clean. That’s when I decided to try out meal planning Chef’d recently.
Chef’d isn’t like all those other online meal planning. You don’t have the automatic billing unless you want to become apart of their auto meal plan selections. This is great. You get to pick out your own meals, they are still perfectly portioned and the price is so affordable. Plus did I mention they have customized meals. We recently were doing another meal subscription service but we got so busy that we literally ended up canceling. We had pushed out our meals 3-4 weeks. Life gets busy and was not always home to cook. That’s a great ease Chef’d has.
One great thing about Chef’d
Since you can pick your meals, you can get as many as you can or as little which is what I love. This means if you prefer more meat, are diabetic or just want to eat more healthy this is such a great price. One of the things I like even more about Chef’d is they have a store option and an online option.
Their meal kits are currently being sold at Costco. Our family is a full-on Costco shopping family so if I forget to order via online (which doesn’t take long at all) I can go pick up their options in store for a quick but healthy dinner.
Our First Meal Kit With Chef’d
My first order I did via on their website and it was super easy. I scrolled through what I thought I would like and just added to my cart. I decided to opt for a couple easy recipes like chicken taquitos and chicken pesto since I’m a huge chicken lover.
I love anything guac/avocado so I had to try this. It was calling my name. Plus the ingredients was so fresh and delicious.

All in all, I had such great time trying out Chef’d for the first time. The portions were perfect, the meals were delicious and were super affordable.
