Let’s face it. We don’t always drink as much water and fluids as we should. Since it’s National Hydration Day I figured I would round up our favorite stainless steel cups and jugs for kids, adults and the whole family. Plus these are all Eco friendly which means we’re also helping out the environment.
These help keep your drinks cool all night and day. Especially on those hot days. Plus these are great if your heading out to the beach or some type of outting with the family. It’s always great to stay hydrated especially for National Hydration Day.
Last week I literally got so dehydrated I almost had to head out to the hospital with this babe. You can read all about it on my Instagram post from last week. This is what inspired me to write this National Hydration Day post.
I had no idea I was dehydrated. I normally drink a gallon of fluids daily so I had no idea it was even going on. That’s why upping my goal to 80-100 oz. daily is important. For this I opted to get a 64 oz. stainless steel jug. I have it by me all day and at night when we’re home. When we’re out I normally grab a stainless steel tumbler .

For the tumbler lovers
Like I said I love a good tumbler. Especially, when you are on the go. Plus drinking from a straw helps a lot of us; like ME drink the whole cup which is awesome 😀.
For the kids
We used to use disposable plastic cups then graduated to plastic tumblers. Since we love supporting the environment all we buy for A is stainless steel cups. Plus since they’re enclosed there’s less mess.
Keeping your drinks colder
Whether its water, coffee, juice or just trying to keep hydrated these are great. Plus if you don’t love the tumbler option these are great too.
Beer and wine cups
Before getting pregnant I would always prefer a stainless steel wine glass. It keeps your wine or drink of choice colder during the warmer days. Plus they won’t break if you happen to drop it.
Bigger vacuum sealed stainless steel jugs
We also take these on vacation with us. Staying hydrated when you’re in a place you’re not familiar with in terms of weather etc is important.
For the fur babies and other pets
We can’t forget about out fur babies and other pets. We have a puppy Samoyed so he gets hot 🥵 so quick. Having an insulated or vacuum sealed dish is a plus for him.
