Having a watch, plays a different story in my book. My parents always got me the girly pink kind. As soon as I was able to, I got my first cell phone and I never went back. I can’t even remember using a watch after that. We all know having a cell phone means catching the time on your latest smartphone.
As a mom, my style has evolved over time. More simplistic, casual and comfy than anything else. As long as I could remember I loved wearing accessories. That all changed after having a baby. Now that he’s three I am resorting back to wearing accessories slowly. That is until another little one comes along. I never knew a baby pulling on your ears or arms could hurt so much. I used to always love wearing gold bangles and long chunky necklaces. The ones that resemble teething necklaces now. Now I have the issue of my son wanting to play with everything I own, so I tend to have to hide them. Its always a struggle. The life of a boy mom. As a woman finding a great piece you can wear over and over is what you always should gravitate to.

Being an expectant mom this definitely gives me some perspective to think about! I guess I already knew about not wearing big things around little kids but this gives me the idea of how simple pieces like a watch are so great for mom’s esp. with time management being up in the air with little ones!
