Essential oils have become a big part of the wellness industry. I’ve always heard it helping many with so many issues. Mental Health, illness, sports, beauty and more. I started using them to use as part of my asthma regimen. Even, help my skin after going back on birth control due to some medications I’ve been on. So when it comes to burnout; essential oils can become a great aide.
Breaking point. Exhaustion. Depression. Burnout!
These are all the things that happen when it comes to this time of year. Sometimes there’s no way to avoid it. It’s easy to get there when you have so many things coming at you at once.
In between kids, friends, working, family life and everything in between it feels like there is no time. I feel like the days fly by even when A is at school until 3. Some days even tackling a to do list can be hard.
Once that happens it’s easy to get stressed. There’s really no telling when it will sneak up on you. That’s why tackling it head-on is always a must.
Three ways to tell burnout is coming
- Stress
- Exhaustion
- No motivation
- No knowing when to say no
- Forgetting about self-care
