I didn’t start eating Greek yogurt until I recently started lazy Keto. I, just have to say why haven’t I started sooner? A lot of people say it’s too thick but that’s what I love about it. Eating it frozen tastes even better. If you’re a frozen yogurt lover you will love this.
Snacking With Greek Yogurt
One of my favorite ones to try is the traditional Dannon® Oikos® Greek yogurt. Depending on the flavor some have a higher carb count than others so if you’re on Keto or a low carb lifestyle read the label.
I’ve started to snack healthier which keeps you more satisfied in the end. I’m so glad for. Snacking is a big part of eating a more healthy lifestyle. Plus being able to find things you enjoy and creating them into different recipes is even better. I’ve always loved yogurt but was literally afraid to join the Greek yogurt wagon. I always thought it tasted more different than regular yogurt. I even enjoy the thicker consistency than what regular yogurt tastes and feels like.
Since it’s still Summer I decided to create this quick and easy frozen yogurt bark recipe using Dannon® Oikos® blueberry yogurt.
Another thing I love about this yogurt is they have fruit on the bottom or regular which is great for those who don’t enjoy fruit on the bottom. There are certain flavors I would rather not but blueberry is one of those flavors that I can mix with.
For this bark you can choose your own Dannon® Oikos® Traditional Cups. You don’t have to use blueberry. Any flavor can work. They come in singles or a four pack. If you’re making a bunch or even this bark I would prefer to get the four pack . You need a little more than 2 cups of these. Each cup of yogurt only comes in 5.3 oz. Plus you will have some left over in case you decide to snack on just yogurt. One thing I love is I can grab it from our local Walmart which is right around the corner from us.

What a fun idea! My daughter loves to freeze small dollops of yogurt, but it never occurred to me to add fruit and make yogurt bark. Brilliant!
