Over the past year, I’ve slowly started to use essential oils when it came to asthma, reproductive, hair and skincare concerns. You never really think about hair or skincare. If you really look in the ingredients in your beauty products you use; you’ll notice a lot of them use essential oils now. I love these essential oil skin care blends!
Skincare blends for combination skin
I’ve realized over the last couple of years especially after childbirth my skin has changed. Ironically for the better! But that doesn’t mean I don’t use products to enhance my skin. Especially with how crazy this weather can be here in New England. I read the labels and have switched to more non-toxic ingredients when it comes to my skin and hair. That’s why I loved creating these blends to help my skin throughout this humidity.
Clear Skin Blend
Ingredients
8 drops of Clear Skin Essential Oil Blend
10ml of Almond or Coconut Oil
10ml roll on bottle
Instructions
Add essential oils to roll on bottle
Fill the rest of the bottle up with almond or coconut oil
Apply directly to affected areas like a new etc
Glow Blend
Love using this blend as a serum or if I’m on the go!
Ingredients
10 drops of Lavender oil or Lavender Hydrosol
10 drops of Clear Skin Essential Oil Blend
10 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
10 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil
Instructions
Fill roll on or bottle with oils
Fill rest of bottle with Almond Oil
