Florida isn’t just all about Disney World. For anyone that has a dinosaur lover large or small. Dinosaur World is a great place. Located in Plant City, Fl. If you happen to be in Florida this is a must to go visit. As a three year old, my son knows a variety of different dinosaurs. Sometimes it’s mind boggling knowing the names of so many dinosaurs at the ripe magical age of three. I’m sure a lot of it contributes to him watching YouTube Kids. He watches this one channel which basically has a smaller child re enacting Jurassic Park and dinosaur hunting.
Dinosaur World offers two different ticketing prices. For children aged 3-12 the standard pricing is $11.72. On top of admission you can add the fossil dig ticket and the lucky strike gem bag for the Dino Gem Excavation on top of admission which is only $19.21. For adults general admission is $17.07. You’re able to add a Lucky Strike Gem bag for the Dino Gem Excavation for $23.27. For the pricing it was a great deal. The best part, was being low key and just being able to let your children walk on their own.
They have two different playgrounds near their main entrance upon coming in. Their main attraction they have is their dinosaur walk through. You can view a variety of different dinosaurs. Some even move. 
They did offer a couple of shows which we learned there were so many more dinosaurs even the books never explained. I will say even myself was surprised.
Their gift shop was also a big plus. Everything was of course all dinosaur. We bought a few items as Christmas presents which he ended up loving. All in all it was a great place to visit especially for a three year old. I highly recommend it. They also have other locations in Texas and Kentucky. Terri SteffesLol I was so glad I found it when we were there. We went to Animal Kingdom and they have a dinosaur section but it’s more for older kids so this place was great for him and the price was amazing.

Oh this place sounds so fun!! My boyfriend and I are both HUGE dinosaur lovers so even if this place is more geared towards kids, I think we’d both love it lol. I’m actually spending the holidays in Florida and I am highly considering giving this place a look even if he’s not with me (although I know it’ll make him so jealous xD).

I have been wanting to take my daughter here for a while! She loves dinosaurs. My strange 4 year old will watch Jurassic World all day if I let her lol I also want to take her to weeki wachee. I remember going as a kid and loving it! Living in Florida there is a lot to do, and though I love Disney there really is so much more!
