I received free glasses from Eye Buy Direct to help compensate for this post. All opinions are my own.
Wearing Infinity frames
I get my eyes checked every year but always end up getting the same type of eyeglasses due to the cost. I had no idea how easy it was to purchase your glasses online for the fraction of the cost. Plus you’re not getting anything lesser of value aside from maybe a brand name you may have wanted. That’s why I loved the process through EyeBuyDirect. Plus since the cost is less than what you’re used to spending, you can even buy more than one style. They even offer prescription sunglasses for way less than what I am used to seeing when going to the optometrist. (Definitely something I would purchase for our upcoming Disney trip in December and cruise in February).
5 Easy Steps To Buying Your Eyeglasses Online
Step 1- It’s super easy. The obvious: Have a recent prescription on hand. That’s the first step to ordering.
No really. You would think it wouldn’t be for the steps you go through when purchasing via your local optometrist. Literally, it’s like purchasing anything online. Make sure you have your prescription handy, a measuring tape and frame you have in mind. All their frames go from small, medium and large. Plus their frames start at just $6 and are as tough as those name brand ones you are used to purchasing.
Since you are purchasing online you don’t have all that you have to wait 4-6 weeks just for your glasses to be delivered to the store when you can have them delivered right to your door.
Step 2- Measure your PD
Hence why in step 1 I stated you needed a tape measure. Also Eye Buy Direct has a fabulous guide on how to measure it. It’s that easy. See below via Eye Buy Direct. Mine is 63. I was so nervous on doing this part but after using their guide I was so glad.
Step 3- Use their try on tool
You can upload an image of yourself even a selfie and use their try on tool if you want to be extravagant and try a frame you are not used to wearing. They even offer a guide based on your face and shape. I feel like I have an odd shape so using their tool was crucial for me.
Step 4- Looking for different frames
Not all frames are alike. They go by size so making sure the frame is set to fit your face correctly is essential. Mine was a size large but that’s because they are larger grames and lenses than other frames. So you may have one frame that is size large but another frame (which is smaller) may fit you as a medium.
Step 5- Pick your frames and voila
My all-time favorite frames are Infinity . My husbands fave are the Eliott. That’s why he got two of the same (one basic and the other transitional). The cushioning bothers the sides of my nose which is why the keyhole nose bridge is the most comfortable for me. The Infinity also comes in a sleek black. The best part is if you don’t love your frames you have a 14-day window even at the discounted price.
I’m sure you will love the frames!

One of the best places I’ve shopped for glasses. Plus for every order that you place, one pair of glasses will be donated to someone in the country of your choice.
The form you have selected does not exist.

I love that they have a tool where you can check out glasses with a selfie – how helpful! It’s definitely easier to buy from home. And this seems to take out a lot of the obstacles in getting new glasses.

Wow, that is super easy. It’s nice to have affordable options when choosing glasses because frames can be pricey.
